Help Me Grow Centralized Access Point & Call Center Resource Navigator

The Help Me Grow Fox Valley Centralized Access Point creates a great place for families and providers to connect.  Using a call-in center (this should link to the HMG call in center page) accessed through phone, text, chat or email families are connected to the “real person” Resource Navigator who will link resources and make referrals for families with early childhood service providers.  Through a Family Outreach Child Development Navigator, parents can get the specialized help they seek to support their young child’s healthy development.

This project is generously supported with grants from the

  • Community Health Action Team (CHAT) Fund within the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region.
  • The Bright Idea Fund within the community Foundation of the Fox Valley Region
  • Appleton Breakfast Rotary
  • Amcor/Bemis Foundation
  • US Venture/Schmidt Family Foundation
  • Rotary Club of Neenah

Funded Activity:  Purchase the Help Me Grow Database, State affiliation with Help Me Grow National, Staffed the Centralized Access Point with the 1st Community Navigator.

American Recovery Funds can help grow our local economy. We know the Fox Valley prospers when all children are healthy, valued and thriving. In order to provide children with an equal start in life, strengthen our economy in a way that also reduces racial, gender and income inequality in our communities, and meet the needs of working parents, it is time to support a robust vision to make the high-impact investment in children’s readiness for school, work and life.  Thriving communities depend on the well-being of all members. By providing families with equitable access to the early child development resources they need, we ensure all enjoy more vibrant years ahead.  The need is urgent.  The time for action is now!
